When you donate though the website, you will receive a receipt from HSBC to confirm that the transaction has been successful. You will also receive a receipt from JustAid. If you support a whole project, on completion of the project, you will receive an emailed copy of the Project Report. This is written by the community who have completed the project. This will include a photo of the completed project and comments from the community about the project. For larger projects over £500, the project report will be more detailed.
If you choose to make a £20 contribution towards a particular type of project, we will inform you once your contribution has been assigned to a project and email you the project details.
