How much of my donation will reach the project I have chosen?

If you make a donation towards a particular project, 100% of your donation will Be used according to the budget given in the project description. Similarly, if you make a contribution towards a project on the JustAid website, you donation will also be used, in full, for project costs only. If you area UK tax payer and tick the box in the checkout area, allowing us to Gift Aid your donation, we will use the additional 28% towards project costs also.
JustAid has administration costs but the funds needed for these costs are sourced separately. JustAid is committed to keeping all administration costs to a minimum and as a web based charity, we are able to achieve this effectively. We concentrate our marketing and fundraising around the internet which helps keep costs down and we do not distribute hard copies of our leaflets.
Our main expense to date has been the development of the JustAid website which is our main vehicle for raising awareness and funds. The funds for this have been raised independently by interested donors as well as the board of trustees. Each of these donations were given specifically for website design and implementation. The website will require ongoing work but is a vital tool for JustAid’s work. Contributing towards the running costs of JustAid is invaluable because it allows us to continue channelling 100% of project funds to projects for communities in need.
