Supporting a whole project is a great way of getting involved and providing very practical support to a community in need. All the projects in the project list have been chosen by the communities themselves. JustAid is committed to channeling 100% of your donation to the community in need and will not use any of your project donation for its own administration. We are able to do this because we raise separate funds to meet our running costs. Our partner charities are similarly committed to ensuring that all of your donation reaches the community you have chosen to support. Therefore, your donation will give maximum benefit where it is needed most.

Traditional gifts come in all shapes and sizes… but rarely in the form of a complete development project that will help change the lives of a whole community.

Buy a whole project
Click below to choose a project. Once you have selected a project, follow the straightforward steps at the bottom of your chosen project page. Remember to add a Gift Certificate by ticking the box. Then fill in your friend's name in the box indicated, We will send you the Gift Certificate by post with your gift recipients name filled in. You should receive the Gift Certificate within 3-5 working days. Once the project has been completed, you will be emailed a copy of the project report for you to forward on. In this way, you can both see exactly how the project has helped.

Buy a £20 contribution
This contribution will go towards an urgently needed project in one of the categories below. You can send your friend a Gift Certificate with details of the current project being collected for so they can see exactly how and who their gift will help.

There are two ways in which you can contribute towards a project. You can either:

1. Make a £20 contribution towards a specific type of project.
or
2. Contribute any amount towards the current Project of the Day.

Project of the Day
This is an urgently needed project, specifically requested by a community in the developing world. Unfortunately, JustAid does not have the technical facility on our website to allow you to contribute in real time towards a specific project. The only way that we have been able to provide this service efficiently is by utilising an external website run by Justgiving (www.justgiving.com). For using this service, JustAid incurs a small transaction charge on every donation.

By clicking the Project of the Day link, you will be taken to an external site, operated by Justgiving. Here you can conveniently and safely make your contribution, but don't forget to forward the project page on to your friends and family. The more people who get involved, the sooner the target can be reached and the project started.

Also, so long as you give your email address, you will receive a full project report once the project has been completed.

JustAid is committed to using 100% of donations towards projects. In this instance, however, we have had to accept that a small transaction charge will be used from each donation to pay Just Giving for the service. If you see a project you would like to support but cannot afford to do so outright, why not set up your own fundraising web initiative? A simple and effective way of doing this is to construct your own fundraising web page that allows online, real time donations. JustAid has teamed up with Justgiving to allow you to set up your own fundraising page. Each time someone donates towards your project, you can watch the target 'thermometer' shoot up. It is very easy to set it up. We will email you an action sheet with easy step-by-step instructions, and you could have your own fundraising page set up in a matter of minutes. You can then email your web page to everyone you know and get them involved. It is amazing how quickly projects can get funded in this way, especially if you encourage your friends to pass the web page on to their friends as well.
