This rural school is attended by children from poor families in the surrounding area. It is a government school but receives very little funding and so must operate on a very tight budget. This school is currently in a poor state and is in urgent need of financial support to improve its condition. The school building needs to be repainted, and although the community are able to provide the labour to carry out the work, there are no funds available to buy the paint needed. Your support with this project will help provide this school with the materials to make these much needed improvements. This will help to improve the learning environment for both students and teachers and thus have a positive impact on everyone attendig the school. Cost Breakdown All items are bought in Nepal; to reduce costs and to support the local economy. All costs are therefore given in Nepalese Rupees.
