Projects
JustAid endeavours to ensure that all projects on the website are current and needed. In the unlikely even that a project is bought, but has already been completed by other means, JustAid will contact the donor by email and discuss how they wish to proceed. If unable to contact the donor, JustAid will reassign the donation to similar project.
All project budgets are approved by our partner charities and JustAid receives these in good faith. JustAid however recognises that it may be necessary to alter the budget during implementation, according to the changing needs of a project. Therefore, budgets should be understood to be proposed budgets.
Partners
JustAid works with partner charities under the conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding. Every effort is taken by JustAid and Partner Charities to ensure that funds are used according to proposed budgets, however JustAid will not be held accountable should funds be misused in the field, as stated in the Memorandum of Understanding. Should this situation arise, the matter would be resolved between our Partner Charities and the implementing organisation, in most cases the community group.
